Wraith Deadlock: put the kit into practice

These sequences are editorial practice suggestions, not a fixed skill-up or item build.

Build cards during the exchange

Weapon damage summons cards of random suits, and Card Trick sends a thrown card toward the enemy or point under your crosshair. Practice landing weapon hits before relying on a card follow-up, then keep the crosshair on the intended target when throwing. Different suits have different effects in the saved description, but the snapshot does not specify those effects here. This guide therefore does not promise a particular suit or status effect for every throw.

Choose the destination before the duel

Project Mind teleports Wraith to a targeted location. Before committing, choose a destination that leaves you a useful view of the fight or a way to disengage. Teleporting farther is not automatically safer if you arrive separated from your team. A common mistake is deciding to escape first and choosing a landing only under pressure. The source establishes a targeted teleport, not immunity, a guaranteed wall crossing or safety at every destination.

Prepare weapon fire for the lifted target

Telekinesis lifts an enemy and slams them toward a target location. Full Auto temporarily increases fire rate and adds spirit damage. An editorial practice sequence is to choose the slam direction, then use the weapon boost when you have a clear opportunity to keep shooting. Do not spend the boost while the target is behind cover or assume the lift alone finishes a duel. Wraith still needs aim and a usable shooting position after the control effect.

Frequently asked questions

Is Wraith suitable for beginners?

Our learning estimate is low. Start by practicing Card Trick, then work on the timing of Telekinesis. You need a clear teleport destination and a target you can keep shooting.
